Negotiates pricing, delivery schedules and places purchase orders with suppliers in company procurement system module. PO’s are placed based on approved requests, approved requisitions, buy cards, or other automatic order systems such as kanban, programs and any other appropriate pull systems. This includes data entry, printing, sending and filing of purchase orders ensuring necessary drawings, specifications, and special information is part of purchase order and forwarded to suppliers

Place and manage inter-company purchase orders for spot buys and supermarket inventories managing related pull systems.

Accountable for management of new products inventory, including monthly evaluation and reporting of inventory levels and categories.

Controls, manages and reports the slow moving and obsolete inventory levels through standardized SLOB inventory management processes. Takes appropriate actions and communicates inventory information to appropriate company teams.
