KAM Consulting Services is a
professional career enhancement and recruiting firm. We excel at placing

Prescreening-Submit your resume and complete the
Pre-Search Form.

Consultation-Schedule an appointment to meet your consultant. If
you are unable to meet in person with your consultant, a thorough profiling
session will be conducted with you by telephone or teleconference. We
pride ourselves on knowing the candidates and representing "real people"
and not "resumes".

CAP-Career Action Plan
will be developed by you and your consultant. This is to determine the
best game-plan to market you and your skills to our clients. |

Reference Checks.
Our clients expect that
KAM
will represent the top talent on the market. Note: We keep all information
from the checks confidential, unless we have signature approval from the
candidate. |

Interview Preps & Feedback-
This allows you to know your potential employer and the company's culture before
the interview. Afterward, we debrief you and the client on the details
communicated during the interview. |

Offers, Negotiations &
Communications- We assist the candidate in receiving the "BEST OFFER"
they will accept from our clients. Also, we can troubleshoot sensitive
areas that were not discussed in the interviewing process. |
